• Updated authorized signatures list
• Photocopy of certificate of activity (last 1 year)
• Credentials of company shareholders
• Document of residence of company shareholders (last 3 months) (an İSKİ, İGDAŞ or TEDAŞ bill issued in the last 3 months may be submitted in place of a document of residence, or the party concerned may write the address on a piece of A4 paper in his/her own handwriting, adding the date and affixing a signature beneath his/her printed name)
• Photocopy of Tax Certificate
• Capacity Report, if any
• Corporate Tax Statement + Detailed Trial Balance for the last 2 years and the current period.
• Trade Registry Gazettes (gazettes announcing foundation/capital stock/shareholding structure/most recent gazette)
• Photocopies of real estate title deeds, vehicle licenses registered in the name of the Company or Company shareholders
• Photocopies of agreements for contracted business, if any
• Machinery park list

DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FROM INDIVIDUALS

• Trade registry gazettes if there is a trade registration
• Photocopy of certificate of activity (last 1 year)
• ID card, document of residence (last 3 months) (an İSKİ, İGDAŞ or TEDAŞ bill for one of the last 3 months may be submitted in place of a document of residence)
• The individual's signature declaration
• Corporate Tax Statement + Detailed Trial Balance for the last 2 years and the current period.
• Photocopy of Tax Certificate
• Photocopies of real estate title deeds, vehicle licenses registered in the name of the Company or Company shareholders
• Photocopies of agreements for contracted business, if any
• Invoices pertaining to purchase of machinery currently possessed
